We, at Dream My Destiny – Luxe Moroccan Tours, are looking forward to the opportunity to bring you the best Moroccan travel experience. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you elect our travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dream My Destiny. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a travel arrangement through us or otherwise using our services

Tour Packages

We offer a variety of travel related products (lodging, transportation) from different suppliers and service providers (“Vendors”). Each Vendor may have its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them.

Travel Routes

Dream My Destiny reserves the right to reasonably alter the schedules and routes of the tours as well as lodging, transportation or other tour-related services due to unforeseen circumstances or to better accommodate to your experience. Tour modifications based on the client’s request are possible, but are not guaranteed are subject to availability. There can be itinerary variations due to group size, road conditions, weather or decision of driver, guide or escort.


Airline Reservations

Airline reservations and all arrangements pertaining to International Air Travel are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not arrange or book airline reservations.


Dream My Destiny is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. No refunds will be provided by Dream My Destiny for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled or delayed flights after airport check-in, nor is Dream My Destiny responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.


After you have left the US, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them your intention to fly.


Deposits and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required at the time of booking for Dream My Destiny Tours. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 90 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of the request in order to secure confirmation. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Vendors.


We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment.


Some hotels may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by Dream My Destiny for your hotel booking.


Price Changes

Cost increases may occur unexpectedly due to rising prices of ground transport, fuel surcharges, accommodations and currency fluctuations, among others. Dream My Destiny Tours may be compelled to amend prices, and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. An increase in trip prices shall not be sufficient grounds for any refund of funds paid for the trip other than as determined by the terms of our cancellation policy. Prices can be affected and change due to exchange rates of currencies, up until all client’s final payments made.


Booking cancellation and cancellation fees:

If a booking cancellation is received by Dream My Destiny prior to the final payment date of your Moroccan vacation, your non-refundable deposit will be retained.


Cancellation Fees:

Payment is due in full 90 days before the departure.

Prior to 90 days before the departure: $1000.00 per person deposit will be retained.

89 – 61 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price will be refunded.

60 – 31 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price will be refunded.

30 – 0 days prior to commencement of services: 0% of total price will be refunded.


Cancellation fees may also apply to any specialty services and additional services, including extra night accommodations, independently supplied services, and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour. Cancellation penalties will be quoted at time of cancellation.


If You Change Your Booking

Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional Vendor charges.



Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Vendor(s). We are not responsible for a Vendor’s failure to pay a refund.


Your Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that are applicable to your booking, travel arrangements or use of any website content. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due. You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service, and (d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.


You represent and warrant that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct. You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services by you and those using your name or account.


“Dream My Destiny- Luxe Moroccan Tours”, its employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, directors, successors, representatives, assigns (collectively “Dream My Destiny- Luxe Moroccan Tours”) and its designated tour operator shall not be held liable for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of the tour operator or any other provider, including but not limited to any defect in any aircraft, watercraft, or vehicle operated or provided by such other provider; and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders, or interpositions of any government or any subdivision or agent thereof, or by acts of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control. The participant waives any claim against Dream My Destiny – Luxe Moroccan Tours and/or its designated tour operator for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.


Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.


It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.


Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any U.S. Government’s prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destination is safe or without risk.



Travel insurance is a vital part of your international travel and is your sole responsibility. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.

We assume no responsibility for medical care or special dietary requirements.

Passport and Visa: 

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are met. We suggest customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.


You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.




You agree to defend and indemnify the Dream My Destiny and/or its respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

(a) your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents referenced herein;

(b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;

(c ) your negligence or negligence of anyone in your party resulting in personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom;


Additional Terms

We reserve the right at any time to modify this Agreement without prior notice to you. Please refer to our website at www.dreamydestiny.com from time to time to review the most current version of the Agreement. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party. We may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, and such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which we are entitled at law or in equity.


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.


We have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking or strike on the part of the vendors, force majeure, or other causes beyond our control. We have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
